Obtaining data for access
An invitation with a link to activate the account, as well as a login and password for access to the automated tender system (AST) will be automatically sent to the specified e-mail address. The account activation link is valid for 7 days.
Counterparty registration
In the personal account, it is necessary to register a counterparty by filling in information about a legal entity or private individual that plans to participate in tenders.
Accreditation procedure
The applicant goes through the accreditation procedure by filling in information about the categories in which he plans to apply, work experience in these categories, fills out the questionnaire, attaches supporting documents and sends the information for verification. Details of accreditation are given in the instructions below.
Accreditation result
A decision on accreditation is made within 5 working days. The result is displayed by changing the status of the request in the personal account. The validity period of accreditation is 1 year.

After the accreditation is completed, the participating company will be added to the Register of accredited suppliers of PROF GROUP and will be able to participate in production tenders held at the site and at the B2B ETP. The validity period of accreditation is 1 year.
