The safety of workers on the construction site is our top priority. We strictly comply with all occupational health and safety requirements and provide a working environment that minimizes risks to the health and life of our employees.
By following these principles, we ensure safe working conditions and minimize the risks associated with construction work.

Equipment condition control: All equipment on the construction site is regularly checked for compliance with safety standards. Before each use, the equipment is inspected, and any malfunctions are quickly eliminated.

Organization of workplaces: Workplaces are organized in such a way as to minimize the possibility of accidents. Sufficient lighting, cleanliness and order on the site, as well as proper storage of tools and materials are ensured.

Monitoring and control: Continuous monitoring of compliance with labor protection requirements at the construction site is carried out. All violations or shortcomings are promptly corrected, and the guilty parties are brought to justice.

Emergency measures: We have developed a clear plan of action in case of emergency situations. Employees are familiar with the locations of first aid equipment, fire extinguishers and evacuation routes.

The importance of observing occupational health and safety during construction

Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during construction is critical to ensure the safety of all participants in the process. A construction site is a place of increased danger, where work with heavy machinery, work at height and the use of power tools can pose serious risks to the health and life of workers.
Compliance with occupational health and safety requirements during construction not only ensures the safety and health of workers, but also contributes to the efficiency, responsibility and success of the construction process as a whole.

icon

Protection of life and health of workers: The main goal of labor protection is to preserve the life and health of every worker. Failure to comply can lead to accidents, injuries or even death, so ensuring safe working conditions is a must for all construction workers.

icon

Reducing the risk of accidents: Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations helps to minimize the number of accidents on the construction site. This includes the correct use of personal protective equipment, proper organization of workplaces, control of the condition of equipment and training of personnel.

icon

Increasing work efficiency: Safe working conditions contribute to increasing work efficiency. When employees feel safe, they are more productive, less distracted by potential hazards, and better at their tasks.

icon

Compliance with legislation: Occupational health and safety laws require compliance with established safety standards. Violation of these regulations can lead to serious legal consequences, including fines, stoppage of construction or even criminal liability.
